Job Summary
The Head of Finance oversees the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives while maintaining robust daily operational oversight. Oversee the treasury department’s reconciliation processes and other pertinent financial activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the publication of academic journals, ensuring adherence to editorial standards, and managing the peer-review process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with authors, editors, and reviewers. Proficiency in manuscript management systems and familiarity with academic publishing guidelines are essential. Additionally, the position demands experience in coordinating between production teams, copyeditors, and typesetters to deliver high-quality journal issues on schedule.

Responsibilities include conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing systems to optimize asset tracking and inventory control.
