As a CCA teacher specializing in Cultural and Creative Arts or Co-Curricular Activities, you will conduct dynamic lessons in arts, music, drama, and cultural heritage or oversee extracurricular clubs. You will foster self-expression, cultivate artistic abilities, and equip students with the skills needed for exhibitions and performances.
Oversee core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging CCA lessons that align with the Nigerian, British, or American curricula, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the required standards and learning objectives.
Introduce students to a range of creative fields, such as painting, music appreciation, drama, and traditional crafts, fostering skill development in each discipline.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute school plays, cultural days, art exhibitions, and performances with precision and creativity.
Evaluate student academic progress, document performance systematically, and ensure learners are adequately prepared for both internal and external assessments, including the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BEE) and the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) examinations.
Supervise a variety of after-school clubs, societies, and excursions to foster comprehensive student growth and engagement.
