Job Summary

The Personal Assistant (PA) will deliver extensive administrative, organizational, and personal support to the Principal, seamlessly integrating professional office assistance with the oversight of personal and lifestyle matters to maintain efficiency in both work and private endeavors.

The Personal Assistant will oversee schedule management, facilitate seamless communication, address personal errands, and ensure the efficient organization and execution of daily priorities.

This role demands a self-driven, reliable, and methodical professional capable of managing multiple tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Oversee and execute all critical duties associated with the role, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and objectives. Oversee the Principal’s daily calendar, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel logistics.

Responsibilities include handling and overseeing all incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and formal correspondence on behalf of the Principal.

Draft, compose, and finalize reports, presentations, correspondence, and additional official documents as needed.

Facilitate scheduling, document key discussions through concise minutes, and diligently track the completion of assigned action items to maintain project momentum and accountability.

Maintain organized and streamlined filing and documentation processes, encompassing both digital and physical records.

Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling personal errands and managing detailed schedules with precision and discretion.

Execute personal errands including shopping, banking transactions, item pickups, and package deliveries.

Acquire necessary household and personal items as needed.

Facilitate the coordination of home maintenance tasks, as well as engagements with vendors and service providers, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Manage bill payments, handle account renewals, and perform various personal administrative duties as required.

Oversee a variety of appointments, including medical consultations, salon reservations, and family-related engagements.

Offer ongoing, personalized assistance to effectively manage and alleviate the Principal’s daily responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency and streamlined workflows.

Act as the primary liaison for the Principal’s office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the principal and other stakeholders.

Facilitate seamless exchanges of information and updates between the Principal and key stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and JavaScript, is essential. Familiarity with database management systems, such as SQL or NoSQL, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure are required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary. Prior experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Social Sciences, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with two to four years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or equivalent capacity.
