Job Summary

We’re in search of a driven and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer to oversee our digital footprint and cultivate high-quality leads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. The successful applicant must possess a strong grasp of online consumer behavior within the Nigerian market and excel at transforming social media interactions into tangible revenue.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee a range of critical tasks, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster community growth and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Craft and distribute compelling product content and promotional materials with the intention of maximizing customer engagement and driving sales.

Address customer inquiries promptly and systematically while identifying and cultivating high-quality leads to support business growth objectives.

Drive qualified online traffic toward the sales funnel, transforming visitors into actionable leads for the sales department.

Maintain regular, professional interactions with prospects through social media platforms and WhatsApp to ensure timely and effective communication.

Monitor posts diligently and compile detailed weekly performance analyses to evaluate effectiveness and identify key trends.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar industry, to be considered for this position. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees or specialized certifications viewed as advantageous. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is preferred.

With a proven track record in overseeing and optimizing digital platforms, candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in managing pages. Proficiency in content curation, performance tracking, and user engagement strategies is essential, along with familiarity with analytics tools to measure page effectiveness. The ability to maintain brand consistency while adapting to platform algorithm changes is also critical.

Proven capability in cultivating leads and transforming initial inquiries into viable sales prospects is required.
