Oversee and manage the primary duties and functions essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance standards. Spearhead critical projects and initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness through strategic planning and execution. Monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity and deliver measurable results.

Examine and evaluate electrical engineering deliverables and technical submissions provided by contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.

Verify the integrity and functionality of electrical installations, such as substations, transformers, switchgear, and power systems, ensuring they comply with regulatory standards and operational protocols. Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and maintenance to confirm all components are operating safely and efficiently. Document findings and report any discrepancies or required repairs to appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed records of all activities and ensure adherence to safety procedures throughout the process.

Design, implementation, and maintenance of distribution systems, motor control centers (MCCs), cable networks, lighting systems, earthing installations, and lightning protection systems.

Perform on-site assessments and technical evaluations to verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Assess project advancement and contribute technical expertise to the certification of contractor payments.

Assess potential technical risks, identify instances of non-conformity, and evaluate quality-related concerns to ensure project integrity and compliance with established standards.

Develop comprehensive assurance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis and findings.

Seeking a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic role. Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in industry-standard software are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication. Responsibilities include analyzing complex data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet established deadlines. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and a commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a closely related field is required.

Professional registration with a recognized body such as CORE, PE, Cent, or an equivalent credential is required.

Associate-level candidates must possess at least six years of hands-on experience in industrial sectors such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, refineries, fertilizers, power generation, transmission, or major infrastructure projects. Consultant-level applicants are required to have a minimum of twelve years of specialized expertise in these industries.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in electrical systems, encompassing high-voltage (HV), medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV) networks, as well as substations, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and power distribution infrastructure.

Proficiency in IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other relevant industry standards is required.

Consulting, Owner’s Engineer, EPC/EPCM, third-party inspection, project assurance, or technical audit experience would be highly advantageous.

Seeking candidates who possess relevant certifications that demonstrate expertise in specialized areas, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAP for project management roles, or ITIL for IT service management positions. These credentials validate the holder’s proficiency and commitment to industry standards, enhancing their ability to contribute effectively to organizational goals. Additionally, professionals with certifications in data science, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning or Google Professional Data Engineer, may be preferred for positions requiring advanced analytical skills.

Pursuing or holding credentials such as PMP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, BOSH, IEEE Membership, Electrical Safety Certification, or Protection & Control Certification—or an equivalent qualification—is essential.

Professionals with experience in independent assurance, consulting, construction supervision, project verification, technical auditing, or owner’s engineering are strongly encouraged to submit their application.
