Partner with diverse teams across the organization to guarantee the seamless rollout and delivery of MPGS products and services to clients.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess customer needs, evaluate the competitive landscape, and identify emerging market trends, thereby enabling the development of informed sales strategies and actionable plans.

Demonstrate leadership and collaboration in delivering sales presentations, crafting compelling business cases, preparing detailed proposals, and engaging in strategic contract negotiations to secure new business agreements.

Proactively collaborate with account teams throughout the customer planning process to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

About You

A minimum of a decade of experience in sales, business development, or comparable positions within the payments sector is required.

Delivered consistent revenue growth and expanded market share within the payments sector, demonstrating a strong history of success.

Extensive expertise in the payments sector, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the CEMEA market dynamics, is essential.

Proficiency in payment gateways and payment processing is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with fraud detection and decisioning solutions.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, analyze complex data, and resolve intricate problems effectively.

Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.

A proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and effectively navigates uncertainty with confidence and adaptability.

Proven capability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams and functional lines within a matrix organizational structure.
