We are in search of a highly motivated and performance-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our team in Victoria Island. This position is instrumental in advancing our sales strategies, cultivating enduring client partnerships, and advocating for our comprehensive range of cloud solutions.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functionality, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Lead and mentor staff by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and accountability. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement strategic solutions, and drive continuous enhancement of processes and outcomes. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and align objectives with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while upholding rigorous quality control measures across all operations. Additionally, analyze data trends, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Develop and nurture enduring, mutually beneficial customer connections to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Partner with the technical team to guarantee alignment with customer specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

To remain informed about emerging industry trends and competitive movements, proactively seek out new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of four years of demonstrated sales expertise, ideally within the technology or cloud services sector, is required.

Possesses a comprehensive grasp of cloud computing principles and practical implementations.

Proficient in conveying ideas clearly, engaging in strategic discussions, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Capable of thriving both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, high-pressure setting. Preferred candidate is female to contribute to organizational gender diversity.
