As an ICT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, your role will involve verifying that software applications and computer systems adhere to stringent performance, reliability, and security benchmarks. You will develop comprehensive testing methodologies, identify system defects, and partner with development teams to address issues prior to product release.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators. Provide leadership in project management, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, optimize workflows, and drive informed decision-making across departments. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to uphold organizational integrity and risk management standards. Serve as a liaison between senior management and employees, facilitating transparent communication and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, encompassing both manual and automated methodologies.
Utilize tracking systems such as Jira to systematically identify, document, and monitor software defects or performance issues to ensure resolution efficiency.
Ensure ICT systems adhere to internal policies, accredited industry standards, and applicable regulatory mandates.
Collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams to identify underlying causes of issues and validate solutions before deployment.
Evaluate system performance, load capacity, and reliability across diverse operational conditions to ensure robustness and stability.
