Job Summary
We are in search of a qualified and seasoned Air Conditioning Technician to become part of our team.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of success in project management. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is excellent written and verbal communication. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and professional certifications are a plus. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems is required.
Proficient in split units, cassette units, and central cooling systems, with a strong understanding of their operational principles and applications.
Proven capability to accurately identify and promptly rectify HVAC system malfunctions.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, coupled with a meticulous approach to maintaining systems and equipment in optimal condition.
A relevant technical certification would be highly beneficial.
