Verify the integrity and correctness of all data essential for processing financial transactions assigned to specific accounts within the financial accounting system.
Promptly remit all statutory deductions, including Withholding Tax (WHT), to the appropriate statutory authority on a monthly basis.
Handles cash and bank transactions, manages accounts receivable, records accruals, processes payroll, and facilitates salary disbursements.
Monthly, prepare bank reconciliation statements and resolve any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
Collaborate effectively with External Auditors to achieve a seamless and punctual year-end audit process.
Compile and deliver comprehensive monthly financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely presentation of financial data.
Responsibilities include ensuring the punctual and consistent settlement of utility bills and tax levies.
Responsible for maintaining accurate general ledgers and overseeing the continuous monitoring of cash transactions, alongside managing records pertaining to prepaid assets.
Weekly account reconciliations are conducted to ensure seamless revenue management in collaboration with the traffic department.
Responsible for managing company cashflow and handling the disbursement of petty cash.
Support the Finance Manager by undertaking any additional tasks they deem necessary to fulfill operational and strategic objectives.
Engage actively in enhancing the accounting system and strengthening internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain adherence to all applicable financial regulations and standards to ensure organizational compliance.
