Draft entries for fund transfers and general ledger adjustments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established accounting protocols. Process journal entries with precision, maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions for audit and reconciliation purposes.
Daily reporting and oversight of store operations are required, including monitoring pending deliveries and sales orders.
Collaborate with store teams and production units to synchronize their operations effectively.
Ensure all transactions are accurately and comprehensively documented.
Ensure that all posted transactions are filed appropriately on a daily basis.
Uphold IMS duties by promptly reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or procedures observed in the workplace, engaging actively in fire and emergency drills, assisting with incident reporting and investigations as required, and strictly adhering to all Company policies.
