A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
Must possess prior experience or maintain current employment with a real estate firm.
With a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in accounting, the ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in the field.
Proficient in accounting principles and financial regulatory frameworks, with a comprehensive understanding of their applications and implications.
A strong command of accounting software platforms, such as QuickBooks and SAGE, is essential to this role.
Obtaining a recognized professional credential, such as ICAN or ARCA, serves as an essential qualification for this role.
