As a Business Developer on Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, your primary responsibility will involve spearheading business expansion by uncovering untapped opportunities, recruiting high-quality merchants, and providing training to agents and merchants. Additionally, you will focus on strengthening product adoption to accelerate growth and market penetration.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and execute a range of critical tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining meticulous records. Market Development: Strategically identify and engage pivotal merchants across diverse market segments to promote PWT, merchant loans, partnerships, and digital payment solutions, utilizing multiple channels including online directories, industry events, and professional referrals.
Develop and execute a strategic approach to engage prospective clients, fostering meaningful professional relationships while coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of integrating Palm Pay’s full range of services.
Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment processes, and key challenges to precisely identify their needs and obstacles, subsequently delivering customized solutions designed to address these specific requirements.
Palm Pay’s services are presented in customized presentations, meticulously crafted to align with each merchant’s distinct needs—particularly for Key and High-quality merchants—effectively emphasizing features, functionalities, and potential returns on investment.
Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders in client organizations by showcasing expertise, dependability, and timely responsiveness.
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals successfully, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including product development and customer support teams, to resolve client inquiries, share technical expertise, and facilitate the smooth deployment of selected services.
