Job Summary

We seek a high-performing Sales Executive with two to five years of experience to join a rapidly expanding company in the HVAC (Air Conditioning) sector.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a liaison between executive teams and frontline employees, ensuring clear communication, alignment of goals, and resolution of operational challenges.

Promote and expand the sale of air conditioning and HVAC solutions specifically to corporate and retail clients.

Explore and cultivate fresh business prospects within designated market segments to drive growth and expand market presence.

Foster enduring client connections to secure ongoing patronage and repeat engagements.

Perform on-site evaluations and deliver customized product recommendations tailored to each client’s unique needs and specifications.

Craft proposals, develop competitive quotations, and finalize sales agreements to secure client commitments.

Work collaboratively with technical teams to facilitate seamless installation and delivery processes.

Consistently surpass predetermined sales targets and key performance indicators to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill this critical role, where strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar position, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, though advanced education or certifications may be advantageous. Additionally, the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is crucial. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements is also expected to ensure adherence to organizational policies.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

Candidates should possess a minimum of two to five years of proven sales experience, with a preference for those with backgrounds in HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales.

Demonstrates a robust grasp of sales methodologies and effective customer interaction strategies.

Exceptional aptitude for comprehending intricate technical products and articulating their features and benefits with clarity and precision.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing sales objectives, demonstrating a robust ability to deliver results that meet or exceed established benchmarks.
