Job Summary

The Sales Executive crafts and presents compelling sales presentations, engages in contract negotiations, achieves predefined sales objectives, and partners with internal creative and media teams to oversee seamless campaign deployment and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Description

Ensure prompt sales of billboard inventory while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the company’s client database and CRM system.

Act as the main liaison between clients and advertising agencies to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.

Suggest innovative strategies to enhance the organization’s market presence and strengthen its competitive advantage.

Handle client inquiries, campaigns, payments, and feedback promptly and thoroughly to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

Oversee critical customer relationships while ensuring management receives regular progress reports.

Serving as the official representative of Devkit Media, you will participate in various meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and foster professional relationships.

Responsible for ensuring the precision and integrity of sales records and client databases, maintaining up-to-date information to support business operations.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing activities and sales performance.

Oversee the effectiveness of advertising initiatives while ensuring client contentment throughout the process.

Partner with the operations and design teams to facilitate seamless project delivery and ensure alignment throughout each phase of development.

Requirements
