Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is looking for an Office Assistant/Housekeeper who is intelligent, detail-oriented, and professional to contribute to the smooth functioning of our clinic. The successful applicant will ensure the clinic remains tidy and inviting for both clients and employees while handling essential administrative tasks and front-desk duties as needed.

This position is ideal for a professional woman who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client service.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and foster innovation within the team. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Maintain meticulous records, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making at all levels. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices while upholding a commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.

Ensure reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas remain consistently clean and well-organized at all times.

Maintain the clinic’s facilities in a consistently clean, hygienic, and well-presented condition at all times.

Provide support in the management and tracking of office and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained at all times.

Fulfill requests for beverages and light snacks for guests as needed.

Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining organized filing systems for documents, managing records efficiently, and executing routine office tasks as needed.

We extend a courteous greeting to clients and ensure they are guided to the correct destination upon their arrival.

Provide support for confirming appointments and addressing routine client inquiries.

Contribute to the team’s efforts in delivering an exceptional and seamless client experience by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Promptly report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to ensure timely resolution.

Perform additional tasks as reasonably directed by management as needed.

Requirements

A preference for female candidates is indicated for fulfilling the operational and facility management responsibilities associated with the position.

A minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or an equivalent qualification is required.

Previous experience in an administrative support, janitorial, front desk, client relations, or comparable capacity is strongly preferred.

Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.

Maintaining a polished and professional appearance, coupled with a courteous and professional demeanor, is essential.

Demonstrates strong self-sufficiency and meticulous attention to detail when executing tasks without direct supervision.

Demonstrates unwavering integrity, dependability, and strict adherence to schedules.

Familiarity with smartphone operation and proficiency in using WhatsApp are essential prerequisites for this role.
