Confidence Bank is actively seeking a Deposit Mobilization Agent to meet ambitious sales objectives and expand the institution’s liability portfolio. The successful candidate will onboard new retail and SME depositors, nurture existing client relationships, and promote a culture of savings to ensure the liquidity required for micro-loan disbursements.
You will play a pivotal role in growing our deposit base by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and implementing strategic deposit initiatives. This position is well-suited for individuals with a robust background in financial services and a proven history in client relationship management or deposit mobilization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and onboard new retail clients, MSMEs, cooperatives, and high-net-worth individuals through field visits and networking.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to promote and distribute savings accounts, checking accounts, and fixed or term deposit products, ensuring adherence to rigorous monthly performance objectives.
Act as the primary liaison for depositors and oversee the retention of funds until maturity.
Provide comprehensive guidance to unbanked and underbanked individuals regarding the advantages and safety of utilizing formal micro-banking services.
Ensure full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding process.
Monitor and document lead sources, conversion rates, and deposit volumes, then compile and deliver detailed daily and weekly sales reports to the Spline Manager for review.

Aptitude for articulate expression, persuasive argumentation, and strategic negotiation is essential.
Possesses an in-depth understanding of the local small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) landscape and maintains established connections with regional trade associations and cooperatives.
