Confidence Bank seeks a Deposit Mobilization Agent to spearhead target sales initiatives and expand the bank’s liability portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new retail and SME depositors, nurturing existing client relationships, and fostering a savings-centric culture to ensure liquidity for micro-loans.

Identify and acquire new retail clients, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives, and high-net-worth individuals by conducting field visits and expanding professional networks.
Prospect and secure new clients by promoting savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed or term deposits, ensuring monthly sales objectives are consistently achieved.
Act as the main liaison for depositors and guarantee that funds remain invested until they reach maturity.
Educate unbanked and underbanked individuals about the advantages and safety of formal micro-banking solutions, fostering trust and awareness in accessible financial services.
Ensure full compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding process.
Monitor and document lead progression, conversion metrics, and deposit volumes, then compile and submit comprehensive sales reports to the Spline Manager on a daily or weekly basis.
Proficient communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills alongside meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding ability to communicate clearly, persuade effectively, and negotiate skillfully.
Proven expertise in the local small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) landscape, coupled with established relationships with regional trade associations and cooperatives, is essential.
