We engage in proactive outreach and establish connections with new retail clients, MSMEs, cooperatives, and high-net-worth individuals through on-site visits and strategic networking initiatives.
Our primary responsibility involves promoting and selling savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed/term deposits while consistently meeting rigorous monthly sales targets.
Act as the main liaison for depositors, guaranteeing that funds remain invested until the maturity date.
Deliver educational sessions to unbanked or underbanked individuals, highlighting the advantages and security measures of formal micro-banking.
Adhere rigorously to Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory guidelines throughout the onboarding process to ensure full compliance with applicable standards.
Monitor sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and deposit volumes, and prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the Spline Manager.

Requires 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or relationship management, preferably within a microfinance bank, fintech company, or commercial banking institution.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, persuade stakeholders, and negotiate favorable outcomes.
Possesses in-depth familiarity with the local small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) landscape and maintains established relationships with regional trade associations and cooperatives.
