Ensures exclusively valid vessel movements are employed for deliveries by meticulously reviewing and confirming vessels’ Naval clearances, GAS status, and premob clearance.
Oversees the chargeback process for all fuel operations activities, guaranteeing that customers across different functions receive precise cost data for AGO/PMS received.
Collect and organize fuel-related service costs associated with requests or activities to maintain clear cost visibility and ensure accurate chargebacks for both routine and additional operations.
Perform monthly reconciliations and provide guidance to user teams regarding accruals.
Attend the ILS meeting to evaluate and assign follow-up tasks to the fuels team.
Proactively seek out opportunities to minimize HESSE risk exposure and drive ongoing enhancements in AGO/PMS operations by implementing optimization strategies and fostering seamless integration.
Conduct HSE capability evaluations for AGO vendors to ensure compliance with established safety and environmental standards.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of Government Intermediary memos in compliance with AGO vendor requirements.
