Our role involves directing quality management initiatives for our assets and projects, where you will enforce rigorous QMS compliance, supervise inspection campaigns involving multiple disciplines, and ensure that all fabrication, piping, and maintenance activities adhere to stringent international oilfield safety and technical standards.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing leadership in operational planning, team coordination, and strategic execution to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, maintain compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with senior management, and serve as a primary point of contact for critical projects requiring meticulous oversight and timely resolution. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, cultivating a high-performing environment that prioritizes accountability, innovation, and professional development.
Enforce the established Project Quality Plans as well as the Inspection & Test Plans (Its).
Responsibilities include supervising welding processes, verifying welder certifications, and managing non-destructive testing/evaluation operations.
Examine Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) to ensure the integrity of assets.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), determine underlying causes, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) completion processes.
Prepare, evaluate, and authorize quality documentation pertaining to acquired products and services.
Conduct routine assessments of site, facility, and supplier operations to verify adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
With over seven years of experience in quality-control supervision within both onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, you will oversee critical compliance and operational standards.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering (or an equivalent field).
Proficiency in ASHE, API, and ISO standards is required.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified Auditor with ASCII or AUNT Level II credentials required.
