You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Project Quality Plans as well as overseeing Inspection & Test Plans (Its) to maintain high standards throughout project execution.
Responsible for managing welding operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures, and verifying welder certifications while overseeing non-destructive testing and evaluation activities.
Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) to maintain asset integrity.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), conduct thorough root cause analyses, and monitor the completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions (Caps) until final resolution.
Prepare and finalize quality documentation related to procured products and services, ensuring thorough review and formal authorization.
Conduct routine assessments of sites, facilities, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with two years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Candidates must demonstrate experience with relational databases, API development, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and effective communication are critical. Preferred applicants will hold relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) and have prior contributions to open-source projects.
With over seven years of experience in overseeing quality control within oil and gas operations, encompassing both onshore and offshore facilities, this role demands a proven track record in ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards across diverse environments.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering (or an equivalent field) is required.
Proficiency in ASHE, API, and ISO standards is required.
ISO 9001:2015 certification as an auditor, along with credentials such as ASCII or AUNT Level II, is required for this role.
