Job Summary
The General Manager leads all business units—bakery, restaurant, mart, filling station, and support functions—while driving profitability, operational excellence, and sustained growth. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software, tools, or methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable results, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving business needs with agility and innovation.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
An MBA qualification is considered a valuable asset.
A minimum of eight years of management experience is required, including at least three years in a senior leadership position.
Proven track record of overseeing diverse business units across retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or other relevant industries.
