Job Summary

A meticulous and methodically organized Accountant/Storekeeper is required to oversee the company’s financial documentation and inventory management processes.

The successful applicant will oversee financial management tasks, maintain precise inventory documentation, track stock movement diligently, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align objectives, resolve potential conflicts, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor progress through regular assessments, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed to keep initiatives on track and within scope. Accounting & Financial Management: Responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing budgets. Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures while analyzing financial data to provide strategic insights. Maintains accurate ledgers, reconciles accounts, and prepares financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements. Collaborates with auditors to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards. Assesses financial risks, forecasts trends, and advises leadership on cost-saving opportunities. Requirements

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field is required, encompassing either a Bachelor’s level qualification or an HND.

Requires 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, store keeping, inventory management, or a comparable field.

Proficiency in foundational accounting principles and inventory control methodologies is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software would be beneficial.

Abuja, Nigeria must serve as your primary residence.

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, alongside at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
