Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee front-of-house operations, manage staff coordination, uphold exceptional service standards, and ensure seamless daily restaurant functionality.

The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and possess hands-on experience within a restaurant environment, ideally in Indian or upscale dining establishments.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, management of cross-functional teams, and execution of high-impact projects aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct thorough performance evaluations to assess team productivity and identify areas for professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader company strategies, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Maintain rigorous compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and accountability. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and drive collaborative problem-solving.

Oversee the performance and coordination of waitstaff and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times.

Address guest concerns with a high level of professionalism and timeliness, ensuring each issue is resolved satisfactorily to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordinate daily restaurant operations and oversee the scheduling of staff shifts to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during all operating hours.

Monitor employee performance to uphold discipline and maintain grooming standards consistently.

Facilitate clear and efficient communication between kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations and teamwork.

Ensure strict adherence to all established restaurant policies and service protocols to maintain operational consistency and quality standards.

Requirements

A minimum academic requirement includes possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND).

Seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Proficiency in an Indian restaurant or comparable upscale dining environment is highly valued.

Accomplished leadership abilities and expertise in guiding teams with precision and effectiveness are essential.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrates resilience in high-pressure environments while efficiently overseeing shift operations to maintain productivity and workflow consistency.
