Job Summary

The E-Commerce & Digital Growth Associate spearheads efforts to enhance the company’s online revenue, strengthen its digital footprint, and foster deeper customer interactions across all e-commerce and digital channels.

Oversee the continuous maintenance and enhancement of our Shopify e-commerce platform, ensuring its functionality, performance, and visual appeal remain optimal for customers and stakeholders alike.

Execute and enhance Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize performance and efficiency.

Develop, manage, and refine Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance and efficiency. Analyze key metrics, adjust bidding strategies, and implement optimizations to enhance return on investment while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Enhance SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and increase Google search visibility.

Oversee and expand our organization’s social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Track and analyze website traffic patterns, conversion rates, and overall sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for submission.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing, you bring a strong foundation to the role.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in the Shopify platform, including its features, functionalities, and customization options, ensuring optimal utilization for e-commerce solutions.

Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns is required.

Possesses a solid grasp of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.

Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics and Search Console is required.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in data analysis and the creation of insightful reports.

Recent AI tools must be utilized effectively for content creation and audience engagement purposes.
