Sales strategy development involves crafting and executing comprehensive sales plans designed to meet organizational objectives while driving growth in the customer base.

Business Development professionals are tasked with uncovering and capitalizing on new business prospects, strategic partnerships, and untapped markets. Additionally, they cultivate and maintain robust connections with essential stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and collaboration.

Lead the sales team with inspiration and drive, fostering a high-performing environment to consistently surpass targets. Offer mentorship and resources to cultivate individual and collective success, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research and competitor assessments to guide strategic business decisions and enhance organizational planning.

Ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction by cultivating and deepening existing business relationships, thereby fostering long-term loyalty and retention.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Collaborate effectively across multiple teams—including production, procurement, and finance—to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.

The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools is essential, along with strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment is required. Familiarity with industry-specific software and regulatory compliance standards is a plus.

Seeking candidates with 4 to 6 years of demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, ideally within the food processing or FMCG sectors.

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree considered advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in leadership, with the capacity to guide and motivate a team effectively.

Proven ability to consistently meet sales objectives and foster sustainable business expansion.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, strong presentation expertise, and exceptional interpersonal competencies are essential for this role.

Exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem resolution, coupled with the capacity to derive actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions.

Proven expertise in utilizing MS Office Suite—including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—along with hands-on experience in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, is required.
