Job Description
We facilitate recruitment and selection processes by creating job postings, evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding of new hires.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updating of employee records as well as HR databases.
Prepare employment correspondence, contracts, and other essential HR documentation with precision and adherence to established guidelines.
Facilitate the seamless integration of new employees through structured onboarding and induction programs, while also overseeing the systematic and respectful management of staff exit procedures.
Oversee employee attendance records, manage leave applications, and handle disciplinary processes to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsible for facilitating accurate and prompt payroll processing through the timely submission of employee data and relevant updates.
Maintain adherence to organizational policies, legal regulations, and human resources best practices.
Address employee inquiries and deliver HR support as required.
Contribute to the development and administration of staff training initiatives, engagement strategies, and welfare programs.
Compile and generate HR reports and other necessary administrative documentation as needed.
Facilitate the implementation and oversight of performance management and appraisal processes to ensure consistent evaluation and development of employee contributions.
Safeguard the confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation at all times.
Additional Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project deliverables, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, documenting processes and procedures for future reference, participating in performance reviews and goal-setting sessions, assisting in the preparation of quarterly or annual reports, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks across all assigned tasks.
Supervise the on-site work performance of employees and verify accurate roll call and attendance tracking in accordance with established requirements.
Monitor fuel consumption to ensure efficient operations and cost savings, analyze usage patterns to identify areas for improvement, and maintain accurate records of fuel inventories and expenditures. Verify fuel levels and consumption rates regularly, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to management. Collaborate with fleet managers and drivers to promote fuel-efficient practices, such as optimized routing and reduced idling. Stay updated on industry standards and technological advancements in fuel management systems to enhance monitoring accuracy.
On-site personnel management responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating employee operations directly at the facility.
