Job Description
Assist in the execution of recruitment and selection initiatives, encompassing the creation of job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding.
Responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of employee records and HR databases through regular updates and maintenance.
Responsibilities include supporting the preparation of employment letters, contracts, and other essential HR-related documentation.
Facilitate the seamless integration and transition of staff members through the onboarding, induction, and exit procedures.
Track employee attendance, oversee leave management processes, and address disciplinary issues as necessary.
Ensure timely submission of employee data and updates to facilitate accurate payroll administration.
Maintain adherence to organizational policies, labor regulations, and human resources best practices.
Respond to employee questions and deliver HR assistance as needed.
Facilitate the planning and execution of staff training initiatives, engagement activities, and welfare programs.
Compile and produce HR reports alongside other necessary administrative documentation as needed.
Facilitate the implementation and oversight of performance management and appraisal frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and employee development goals.
Safeguard the confidentiality of employee data and HR documentation with the utmost diligence and discretion.
Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. Support team objectives by contributing to special projects or operational needs as required. Perform any other related duties that enhance departmental or organizational effectiveness.
Supervise on-site employees’ overall work performance and confirm that attendance and roll call procedures are conducted as specified.
Track fuel consumption levels to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation while maintaining accurate records of usage patterns and expenditures.
On-site personnel management responsibilities include overseeing staff operations directly at the location.
