We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦350,000 per month.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties critical to the role, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to organizational standards. Responsible for ensuring the client’s account operates efficiently and effectively.

This would involve:

Collaborate closely with the senior consultant to craft and implement strategic concepts and initiatives.

Collaborate closely with clients to finalize project activities, activations, and budgets.

Client Liaison: Acts as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships. Facilitates the exchange of information, addresses inquiries promptly, and resolves issues efficiently to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborates with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery, ensuring projects progress smoothly and expectations are met. Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and prior experience in a client-facing role are essential.

Assist in developing and refining client marketing strategies and conceptual frameworks.

Maintains consistent bidirectional dialogue between the client and the team to uphold high standards of representation and align client expectations with reality.

Proficient in analyzing and understanding client opinion leader profiles as well as key stakeholder dynamics.

Explore strategic avenues to cultivate and sustain a dedicated customer base for a client’s brand or business.

Execute various ad hoc assignments as directed from time to time.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in a client-facing role is required.

Established expertise as a Client Service Consultant or in a comparable capacity is essential.

Demonstrates extensive experience in successfully managing and delivering client-focused projects with measurable outcomes.

Proficiency in a public relations agency, media outlet, or advertising firm is a prerequisite for this role.

Demonstrates strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to efficiently create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to meet professional standards.
