Our client is in search of a seasoned and outcome-focused Business Development Manager to spearhead business expansion, cultivate strategic alliances, and unlock new revenue streams. The preferred candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in sales, negotiation, and team leadership, backed by a demonstrated history of success in business development.
Oversee key operational duties essential to organizational success, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to established processes. Drive strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project outcomes. Maintain accountability for ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to drive business expansion.
Establish and expand revenue streams by cultivating and sustaining strategic B2B partnerships.

Requirements
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the travel or hospitality sectors.
Exceptional proficiency in negotiation techniques and a proven track record in sales excellence.
Proven expertise in facilitating clear and effective communication, coupled with a strong aptitude for guiding and inspiring teams to achieve collective goals.
