Job Summary
African Steel Mill is currently seeking applications from qualified candidates for its Graduate Trainee program in Mechanical Engineering.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required, along with proficiency in specific software tools or programming languages pertinent to the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a similar position within the industry is preferred, though not mandatory for exceptional candidates. Familiarity with project management methodologies and industry regulations is advantageous.
Minimum qualification includes a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree in a relevant engineering field.
