Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in project management software and strong organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required, and professional certifications such as PMP or CAP Mare highly desirable. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, or a closely related discipline.
Professional registration with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is mandatory for this position.
Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NILS) is strongly preferred.
Professional certifications in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration will be considered beneficial.
Proficiency in housing development, real estate ventures, and social housing programs will be considered a valuable asset.
Accumulated a minimum of five to ten years of hands-on expertise in quantity surveying, cost management, and the administration of construction projects.
Proven track record in executing real estate ventures, infrastructure initiatives, or large-scale development programs is required.
