Oversee the management of inventory levels, track expiration dates, and ensure appropriate storage conditions for pharmaceuticals, wellness products, and cosmetics.
Provide support in procuring, receiving, and managing inventory to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain throughout the pharmacy.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing non-clinical inquiries and facilitating efficient point-of-sale transactions.
Enhance the pharmacy’s online presence and foster community engagement by managing social media initiatives as needed.
Maintain a tidy, well-structured, and regulation-compliant workspace that adheres to healthcare laws and established standards.
Seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail to ensure seamless operations. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an administrative or support role is required, along with a proven track record of managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CHT) credential or an accredited Diploma in Pharmacy Technician Studies is essential.
Holding a current and valid registration or license from the relevant regulatory authority, such as the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria, is required.
Requires demonstrated proficiency in performing the duties of a Pharmacy Technician within a community or retail pharmacy environment.
Proficient in pharmaceutical terminology, calculations, and dispensing protocols, with a strong technical foundation.
