Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of all regional trade partners to facilitate seamless access and communication.

Document customer interactions and systematically maintain records pertaining to activities, accounts, and trade partners.

Facilitate the Company’s product promotion by assisting trade partners in their routine operational activities.

Compile and organize trade databases encompassing distributors, retailers, and supermarkets to support strategic initiatives.

Engage with clients to evaluate their changing requirements and gauge the strength of the company’s rapport with them.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly upon receipt, ensuring timely resolution to maintain satisfaction and trust.

Analyze market dynamics, track competitor actions, and evaluate customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily departmental activities, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements.

Develop and execute compelling sales presentations and proposals for the Head of Sales and senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.

Ensure prompt and thorough follow-up on all leads and customer inquiries to maintain optimal engagement and satisfaction levels.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities and client communications to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Compile customized reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance while meeting specific deadlines. Analyze data to extract key insights and present findings in a clear, concise format tailored to stakeholders’ requirements. Utilize relevant software and tools to gather, process, and visualize information effectively, maintaining high standards of data integrity throughout the reporting process.

Track and measure critical success metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement across key business functions. Establish quantifiable benchmarks to assess progress toward strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Analyze data trends to identify areas for enhancement, supporting data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Regularly review and report on performance indicators to stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability in achieving targeted outcomes.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns by addressing and resolving all complaints and requests promptly and efficiently.

Ensuring absolute precision in all customer records, databases, and facilitating prompt retrieval of data.

Maintain and enhance the company’s positive brand perception and customer image metrics through consistent, high-quality interactions and service delivery.

Proficient in leveraging technology, including MS Suite (e.g., computers, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and essential office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners.

Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve inquiries or concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-specific software, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

A minimum of an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of three to five years of professional sales experience, with a specialization in cosmetics being essential.

Proficient in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software platforms to streamline processes, enhance customer interactions, and optimize data organization and retrieval.

Demonstrated success in securing sales agreements and consistently meeting or exceeding predefined sales objectives.
