You will become part of the Creative & Product Design team, reporting to the Head of Design, collaborating closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, and other Brand Designers to define and refine how Lem Fi is presented and experienced across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will have a pivotal part in defining and executing the visual identity and creative direction across various channels, including campaigns, product marketing, social media, partnerships, and more. Overseeing the entire lifecycle of brand and marketing assets—from initial concept to final delivery—across digital, social, print, and product marketing channels.
Maintaining and advancing Lem Fi’s visual identity to ensure uniformity across all platforms while fostering creative growth for the brand.
Collaborating effectively with the Marketing team to develop campaign creative, paid media assets, social content, partnership collateral, and event materials.
Collaborating closely with Product Designers, we aim to maintain brand consistency across both marketing and in-app interfaces, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
Collaborating on the development of the design system and ensuring brand guidelines are consistently documented, accessible, and current.
With Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva, you will deliver high-caliber work efficiently, maintaining both speed and precision in your output.

What you’ll bring
Seeking a candidate with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in brand design, visual design, or a related creative field, preferably within a technology company, startup, or agency specializing in consumer brands.
A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity development, campaign creative execution, social and digital asset creation, and cohesive multichannel visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications—including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—as well as Figma and Canva is required, with motion and animation skills considered advantageous.
Proven expertise in developing, refining, and sustaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
You possess refined skills in typography, layout, and color theory, demonstrating a keen ability to discern effective design choices and clearly justify your reasoning.
Capable of autonomous work, organizing your schedule effectively to handle diverse assignments, and maintaining consistent performance without constant oversight.
