Purpose

We aim to implement automation for business processes by leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connectors—to enhance efficiency across departments through scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions.

Key duties involve managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet specified standards. Additionally, the role entails conducting regular progress assessments, addressing potential challenges, and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance productivity. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools to streamline workflows.

Develop, construct, and implement automated workflows through Power Automate to enhance efficiency by reducing repetitive tasks and approvals.

Design and create tailored connectors in the Power Platform to enhance application functionality and facilitate seamless integration with external systems.

Design and refine SQL queries to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources.

Develop and oversee REST API integrations to connect Power Platform solutions seamlessly with external applications.

Develop automated desktop workflows utilizing technologies such as Selenium and Power Automate Desktop to streamline processes for legacy or non-API-based systems.

Employ Power Apps and Power Automate to design dynamic, responsive user experiences by implementing sophisticated FX formulas and query logic.

Design bespoke business applications leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to meet organizational needs.

Develop intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet specified business objectives while ensuring optimal user experience across all devices.

Develop, oversee, and maintain SharePoint lists and libraries while seamlessly integrating them with Power Platform applications and automated workflows.

Oversee the organization, administration, and maintenance of document libraries, including the management of permission settings and metadata structures, to ensure optimal accessibility and security.

Work collaboratively with various departments to collect and assess requirements, confirm business needs, and provide customized solutions.

Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing assistance to end-users regarding implemented solutions.

Maintain adherence to established organizational protocols regarding data management, security protocols, and application lifecycle governance.

Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, comprehensive user guides, and detailed change logs. Evaluate and oversee the performance and reliability of current automations and applications to ensure optimal functionality.

Refine and enhance solutions in response to user feedback and shifting business needs.

Seeking a candidate with a relevant degree and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the field. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with excellent communication abilities. Prior experience managing projects or leading teams is highly preferred. The role requires adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Candidates must hold a university degree in any discipline and demonstrate 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Core qualifications and proficiencies include a proven ability to leverage technical expertise, analytical thinking, and adaptability to meet evolving business demands. Demonstrated competence in effective communication, problem-solving, and collaborative work environments is essential. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, frameworks, and best practices is required to ensure operational excellence. Proficiency in Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and AI Builder is essential.

Proficiency in utilizing Power Automate to design and implement workflows, as well as robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, is required.

Demonstrates an advanced level of expertise in SQL and related data query languages.

Seasoned with hands-on involvement in RESTful API integrations alongside seamless connectivity to third-party services.

Demonstrates expertise in designing and building tailored connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem to enhance data integration and workflow automation.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, including Data verse, Azure AD, and connectors within the Microsoft ecosystem, is required.

Highly developed analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, along with strong problem-solving expertise, are essential for this role.

Proven capability to oversee several concurrent projects and engage stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
