Perform comprehensive site measurements to validate dimensional accuracy prior to installation.
Ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks and oversee the delivery of projects without any defects or issues.
Compile daily site reports, incorporating photographs and progress updates for accurate documentation of activities and developments.
Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout all project stages.
Oversee the procurement, delivery, and installation of site materials to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
Requirements
A relevant HND or B.Sc. qualification is highly desirable, complemented by a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior fit-out, or comparable construction projects.
Proficient in the installation, design, and finishing of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, and custom furniture with a comprehensive understanding of each component.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings with precision.
Effective communication, strong leadership capabilities, and proficient reporting skills are essential.
