Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is currently looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and professional Office Assistant/Housekeeper to assist in the smooth functioning of our clinic. Provide support in the management and oversight of office and cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and organization.
When necessary, ensure beverages and light snacks are available for guests.
Provide assistance with administrative duties, including managing and filing documents, maintaining organized records, and executing routine office tasks.
Greet clients warmly upon their arrival and efficiently guide them to their designated locations or next steps.
Assist in confirming appointments and addressing routine client inquiries.
Contribute to the team’s efforts to deliver a consistently smooth and enjoyable client experience.
Communicate any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns without delay to ensure timely resolution.
Perform additional duties as reasonably directed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
Requirements
A preference is given to female candidates for operational and facility management responsibilities within this role.
Minimum educational requirement includes a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or an equivalent qualification.
Prior to work experience in administrative support, facilities maintenance, front desk operations, client relations, or comparable positions is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and relationship-building within the team.
Maintains a polished and professional appearance while demonstrating a courteous and professional demeanor.
Proven capability to work autonomously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
