We seek a courteous and dependable Cashier to strengthen our team. In this role, you will ensure precise and swift transaction processing, manage cash handling duties, make bank deposits as required, and deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

Overseeing and executing a comprehensive range of duties, the incumbent will be tasked with managing core operational functions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and fostering an environment of efficiency and accountability. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, maintaining high performance standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver a friendly welcome to patrons and provide attentive support throughout their buying experience.

Handle sales transactions with precision and efficiency through the operation of cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Process transactions utilizing cash, credit card, or alternative payment methods.

Compute and provide customers with precise change in a timely manner.

I am responsible for visiting banks to deposit checks and assist in carrying out reconciliations.

Ensure the checkout area remains consistently tidy and well-organized at all times.

Respond to customer inquiries and deliver detailed information regarding products and services.

Ensure strict adherence to established company protocols and guidelines pertaining to cash management and refund processing.

Work collaboratively with team members to uphold and deliver outstanding customer service standards.
