Work collaboratively with Compliance, Risk, Data & Document Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure KYC support integrates seamlessly with overarching risk frameworks.
Monitor regulatory developments and any modifications to KYC requirements, then advise on necessary adjustments to internal policies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Facilitate the creation and execution of KYC-focused training programs for both the team and key cross-functional partners to enhance understanding and application of KYC processes.
Prepare periodic performance and risk exposure reports to facilitate informed managerial decision-making.
