Develop engaging multimedia content, encompassing graphics, videos, and captions that resonate with audiences and enhance brand messaging.
Oversee the routine publication of content and engagement activities on all key social media channels.
Execute paid social media initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, among others.
Monitor key performance metrics and compile comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to evaluate progress and identify trends.
Partner with leadership to ensure digital initiatives support and advance organizational objectives.
Ensure uniform brand representation across every content platform and communication channel.
Deliver data-driven strategic recommendations to enhance digital performance metrics and overall online effectiveness.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional certifications or advanced training in a specialized area are a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher is required.
A minimum of two to four years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing is required.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience within the technology or energy sector.
