Prepare and fulfill orders for either delivery to the sales team or for pickup, strictly adhering to the designated schedule.
Responsibilities include managing essential operational functions, including the receipt and storage of products, overseeing inventory control, coordinating distribution efforts, and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of goods.
You will handle the receipt and processing of products, including unloading, labeling, storing, and picking items as needed.
Maintain open and effective communication with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on tasks and objectives.
Oversee stock levels diligently and ensure timely replenishment of items as needed.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector, who possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to oversee multiple projects concurrently. The ideal applicant should demonstrate proficiency in methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, a deep understanding of budget management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is required, along with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is necessary, and certifications such as PMP or CAP Mare highly desirable.
Applicants must hold a minimum of an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a store keeping capacity within the retail sector or a comparable industry is necessary.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, databases, and related systems is required.
