Our client, a premier EPC firm, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Develop and enforce policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment among various departments to ensure efficient execution of initiatives.

Monitor and oversee various initiatives, ensuring meticulous tracking of timelines, potential risks, and overall adoption progress to maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

Enhance reporting governance and strengthen operational accountability to ensure transparency and efficiency across all processes. Establish and maintain robust frameworks that define clear roles, responsibilities, and metrics to monitor performance and compliance. Drive continuous improvement by implementing standardized procedures and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization. Regularly review and refine governance policies to adapt to evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Support the establishment and ongoing enhancement of standardized processes to drive efficiency and consistency across operations.

Collaborate effectively with leadership to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of five years of professional experience is required in process improvement, PMO, transformation, operations, governance, or business analysis.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders and effectively coordinate multiple projects. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless collaboration across teams and departments.

Demonstrated success in designing and deploying operational processes that span multiple teams. Proven ability to establish and refine workflows that enhance collaboration and efficiency across organizational units.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management processes is required.

Proficiency in EPC, engineering, oil and gas, telecommunications, consulting, or structured corporate settings is highly beneficial.

PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials are highly advantageous.

Proficient in a variety of tools and technologies, including but not limited to data analysis software, project management platforms, and industry-specific applications. Demonstrates strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL, alongside experience with cloud services and collaborative development environments. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and expertise in using productivity suites such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Process mapping involves systematically documenting and analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart. The role encompasses collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather process data, creating visual representations of workflows, and recommending enhancements to optimize productivity and accuracy. Additionally, the position demands the ability to interpret complex processes, communicate findings clearly, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.

Design and implement comprehensive reporting and tracking dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business trends in real-time. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility while enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define dashboard objectives, and align visualizations with strategic goals. Regularly update and refine dashboards based on evolving business needs and user feedback to enhance usability and effectiveness.

Coordinate the implementation of changes by managing schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to ongoing operations.

Effectively engages and maintains relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and project goals. Requires strong communication skills to address concerns, provide updates, and facilitate collaboration across diverse groups. Responsibilities include identifying key stakeholders, assessing their interests and influence, and developing tailored engagement strategies. Incumbent must possess the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and build consensus while upholding transparency and trust. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, preferably in a project management or leadership role, is essential.

Proficient in utilizing Vision, Lucid chart, or equivalent diagramming software is essential for this role.
