Troubleshoot and resolve assigned issues for Inverters, UPS systems, Batteries, Voltage Stabilizers, and other related electrical appliances, adhering strictly to the Service Centre’s established procedures.
Provide support for technical issues concerning the product, both within and outside the service center.
Document and follow all established service center protocols, including repair protocols, job sequencing, workflow management, safety standards, and training requirements.
Prepare comprehensive daily activity reports summarizing key operational metrics, project milestones, and team progress to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enhance decision-making processes.
Assist with additional tasks as designated by management to support operational needs.
