General Objective
The Born Area Health and Nutrition Program Manager operates under the direct oversight of the Area Coordinator while receiving technical direction from the Medical Coordinator. The Information Management, Assessment, and Referral System is designed to streamline data collection, evaluation, and client connections through structured processes. It ensures accurate documentation, efficient assessment protocols, and seamless referral mechanisms to appropriate services or resources. The system supports compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing decision-making and service delivery for stakeholders.
