We are in search of a seasoned, results-oriented Head of Strategy & Governance to spearhead business expansion, oversee intricate advisory projects, and enhance our governance and strategic frameworks.

The Head, Strategy & Governance will spearhead the expansion of the Advisory business by analyzing client requirements, designing tailored products and services, and overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives, governance frameworks, and transformation projects.
The position demands exceptional leadership capabilities, a knack for client engagement, and the proficiency to oversee subject-matter experts and consultants across various projects.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, including managing workflows, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Lead and mentor a team of professionals by providing guidance, fostering professional development, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that support long-term success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication, resolve challenges, and achieve shared goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards to uphold organizational integrity.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives and implementation projects for client engagements.
Provide board assessments, facilitate board recruitment processes, and organize board and strategic planning sessions.
Offer strategic guidance and governance expertise to boards, executives, and subject-matter experts (SMEs).
Spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at fostering business growth and broadening FIT Advisory’s client base.
To develop, strategize, plan, and execute initiatives focused on governance, transformation, and project delivery.
Oversee the collaboration and coordination of subject-matter experts and consultants to uphold exceptional quality standards throughout project execution.
Assist clients in executing corporate transformation and organizational effectiveness projects.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, demonstrating a proven track record of success. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and a strong understanding of [industry-specific knowledge] are essential requirements for this position. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling them to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
