About the Role
Taxied Global Logistics is in search of a seasoned Workshop Management expert to oversee the daily operations of our truck maintenance and repair facility.
The ideal candidate will manage workshop operations, maintain the fleet, ensure exceptional customer service, lead the team, uphold safety compliance, control costs, and drive business growth.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments to foster seamless communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain operational integrity.
Oversee all aspects of truck maintenance and repair operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, supervising repair activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Additionally, the position requires adherence to safety regulations, compliance with industry standards, and effective management of maintenance budgets and resources.
Direct, oversee, and mentor workshop teams to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established protocols. Provide guidance, support, and clear directives to foster a productive and collaborative team environment while maintaining high standards of work quality and safety compliance.
Conduct thorough inspections to verify that vehicles meet all roadworthiness and safety regulations.
Develop and oversee third-party workshop initiatives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the financial planning, resource allocation, and day-to-day functionality of workshop operations.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in truck diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance, along with proficient workshop administration skills.
