Job Summary
We are hiring a WhatsApp Private Domain Sales & After-sales Specialist in Lagos to manage customer leads, convert WhatsApp enquiries into orders, support repeat purchases, handle after-sales issues, and ensure customer problems are closed within the required service timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Segment WhatsApp customer leads and follow up based on purchase intent and customer status.
Convert enquiries into orders through timely, professional, and persuasive communication.
Support customer retention, repeat purchase, and product recommendation.
Handle order follow-up, delivery questions, complaints, rejection issues, and after-sales cases.
Ensure unresolved after-sales issues are escalated and closed within 48 hours.
Track customer communication, order status, complaints, refund or rejection reasons, and GMV contribution.
Follow data privacy and customer information handling requirements.
Requirements
Experience in WhatsApp sales, customer service, telesales, social commerce, e-commerce, or after-sales support.
Strong written communication skills and customer persuasion ability.
Patient, responsive, and able to manage high-volume messages.
Good problem-solving skills and ownership of customer issues.
Familiar with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or customer tracking systems.
Daily KPIs
New followers or added contacts.
Customer consultations handled.
Orders, GMV, and repeat purchase data.
Rejection rate and complaint rate.
After-sales cases not closed within 48 hours.
