We are in search of a diligent and alert Security Personnel professional to safeguard our facilities, property, and staff.

The successful candidate will uphold a strong presence, safeguard against unauthorized entry, and protect staff and visitors by conducting patrols, overseeing surveillance systems, and promptly addressing any incidents.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment, including developing and implementing innovative solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with organizational goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor teams to cultivate high performance, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and industry regulations. Analyze complex data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive informed decision-making, while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Monitor and grant access for employees, visitors, and other individuals to prevent unauthorized entry, safeguard assets, and ensure the protection of company property.

Patrol industrial and commercial properties to identify and deter signs of unauthorized entry, safeguarding doors, windows, and gates to maintain overall security.

Respond to alarms and thoroughly investigate any disturbances encountered.

Compose detailed accounts of daily operations and any anomalies, including equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized individuals on-site, or other unusual incidents.

Detect prohibited items by utilizing screening equipment to inspect individuals and prevent unauthorized articles from entering restricted zones.

Perform surveillance and regulate entry procedures at designated building entrances and vehicle access points to ensure controlled and secure passage.

Monitor security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras, and manage detecting and emergency equipment as required.

Provide prompt responses to emergencies while delivering essential assistance to both employees and customers.

Execute a range of critical initiatives such as fire prevention protocols, property patrol duties, access control measures, and thorough accident investigations, all in strict adherence to established procedures.

Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

Demonstrated experience in security-related roles, such as security guard positions, is required.

Proficient understanding of public safety and security protocols and procedures is required.

Required attributes include strong observational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
